1. Raffle shall be open to all member-consumers of the Aklan Electric Cooperative, Incorporated.
2. Employees of AKELCO are not  entitled to join the raffle promo.
3. The eight (8) Area Offices of AKELCO, namely Altavas, Banga, Kalibo, Lezo, Ibajay, Caticlan and Boracay will simultaneously conduct a monthly Raffle Draw starting August 2010 to January 2011 covering the billing month of July to December 2010.
4. Member-consumers who pay their power bill on or before the due date shall be given a raffle coupon. They will simply write their name, address and signature and drop it in the drop boxes located  in the area offices.
5. Individuals other than the registered members but actual occupant of households, establishments, apartment units, commercial establishments, and other structures connected to AKELCO lines shall inform the cooperative by affixing his/her name in the power bill upon tender of payments. This shall also include commercial and household structures registered to dead person but currently used/occupied by individuals including his/her families.
6. Member-consumers can drop their raffle coupon in  any  Area Office of the AKELCO coverage area.
7. There will be only one (1) major prize per draw per Area Office.
8. Non-winning entries are not eligible in the succeeding draw.
9. Winners will be announced in radio stations and notified through  letter.
10. Winners must present the power bill and any valid identification to claim their prizes.
11. Winners must claim their prizes within one (1) month after the draw, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of the cooperative.
12. All prizes are not convertible to cash.
