Lot 2 – Connector, Terminal Lugs and Hotline Clamp Two Million Nine Hundred FiftyEight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Pesos (PhP2,958,330.00)

6 Acquisition of Fuse Links for Operation and Maintenance Activities for CY 2024 Four Million Six Hundred Forty-One Thousand Pesos (PhP4,641,000.00)

7 Acquisition of Current Transformer for Operation and Maintenance Activities for CY 2024 Seven Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos (PhP725,320.00)

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is inclusive of freight, handling and 12% VAT. Source of fund is EC’s Distribution, Supply and Metering (DSM) Fund. The bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using the non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criterion as provided for in the IRR of RA 10531.

The delivery of materials shall be completed for Projects 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 is within thirty (30) calendar days from the Issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and conformance of the Purchase Order (PO) and for Projects 3 and 4 is within sixty (60) calendar days from the Issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and conformance of the Purchase Order (PO) and all materials shall be delivered at AKELCO Warehouse, Mayor Saturnino G. Fernandez Compound, Poblacion, Lezo, Aklan.
