The Aklan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AKELCO) invites all interested bidders to submit bid for the following projects, to wit:

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is inclusive of freight, handling and 12% VAT. Source of fund is EC’s Reinvestment Fund for Sustainable Capital Expenditures (RFSC). The bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using the non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criterion as provided for in the IRR of RA 10531. The delivery of equipment shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the Issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and conformance of the Purchase Order (PO) and should be delivered at AKELCO Warehouse, Mayor Saturnino G. Fernandez Compound, Poblacion, Lezo, Aklan.

AKELCO however reserves the right to reject any/all bids, declare failure of bidding or not to award the contract without assuming obligations to compensate or indemnify any bidder for expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation and tender of bids.  For further information, you can contact the BAC Secretaries, Ms. Ma.
